Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Sale items (if applicable).

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, which will be mentioned in the same notification.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us for an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
